When Casey and Ellie visit their father in southern Mississippi, the small town is sent in an uproar when a nocturnal killer lurks area. One victim had their eyes gouged out. The other was found with a severed arm with missing fingers. Which all ties back to their father. Soon, the murders get too close to home, and the sisters work to uncover the killer's identity, even if it's their own father.
